I visited Futura Clinic to see Dr Flavio for BBL laser treatment to address redness in my skin, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Before the treatment, Dr Flavio carried out an in-depth skin analysis, which gave me a much better understanding of the various concerns identified beneath the surface of my skin. He then talked me through every step of the laser treatment, clearly explaining which concerns each laser was targeting. The treatment itself was not painful, and I have experienced minimal downtime afterwards. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring Dr Flavio was throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr Flavio to anyone looking to improve their skin and achieve a better understanding of their skin concerns. An excellent experience from start to finish!
